Basically, I want to check the semantic similarity of any two GO terms. The one (and only) tool that I came across is <a href="http://bioinformatics.clemson.edu/G-SESAME/index.php" rel="nofollow">G-SESAME</a>. Unfortunately, the only way to run multiple queries is to send http requests (ick)!
